Testimonials

Don’t just take our word for it, see what our customers say about us

It was with some trepidation that I agreed to study some short courses online for Affinity Sutton. I tend to use the Internet for e-mail and social networking, so the idea of actually having to sit down in front of a computer and learn something was a bit of a strange one! Perhaps surprisingly, I found it to be a lot of fun! You can’t sit in a classroom in your pyjamas with a mug of coffee but you can sit in front of your computer however and whenever you want. So it means you can work around your other commitments and you can do as little or as much as you want at a time.

I highly recommend completing one of the many courses you can study for free online with Affinity Sutton. WARNINGS beware, its fun and can be addictive.

I have been looking to do E-learning for ages, but didn’t know where to go to access it. I like the flexibility of them, as I have two small children, so I fit the learning in around them with no worries of child care. I left school with no GCSE’s and was feeling depressed about my lack of skills and felt as though I was destined for a no hope job, but volunteering at our Community Centre has change my views. I am getting experience plus a wide range courses have been made available to me. I am determined to get a good job and I plan to learn as much as I can the best that I can. The courses are easy to access and easily understood, plus they have helpful things for you to download for future reference.

The National Training Academy are the training centre that I use to put all my learners through in regards to accredited training courses and I have been working with them for the last 15 months. The National Training Academy provides an excellent service, they are not only dynamic but also very responsive when I have questions about the process in which I need to follow. The National Training Academy always delivers on time which gives me and my business the confidence I need in which to grow and develop. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the courses and service to potential customers.

Working with Community Group Training has been a pleasure in particular their support and quick and efficient responses. Community Group Training provides training which meets the needs of the community.”
EMASS, Milton Keynes Council
I accessed the training courses via the National Training Academy. I was extremely impressed as the courses were fun and interactive but challenging and thought provoking too. We have used the skills learnt in the office. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and have used what I learnt not only in my professional life but my personal life as well. I would really recommend these courses.

I would like to thank Maxine and Claire for the fantastic level of support you have given residents over the period that we have been using the Community Group Training on line.

What’s been absolutely outstanding:

1. How easily the training is accessed
2. The fast and thorough response you have given to all residents with an enquiry
3. The rapport you built with the residents
4. The quality of the overall service.

We have not had one negative feedback from any resident, on the contrary one of the very involved residents wrote a testimonial for an internal newsletter about the excellent training and volunteered to test any other training for you as he was so impressed.

For me personally, the greatest advantage is the lack of extra work generated giving support to residents as your service has provided this directly to them.

Thank you it has been very much appreciated and the training has been very well received by residents.

Gillian Kirkman – Resident Involvement Trainer , Affinity Sutton
We used Community Group Training for our Safeguarding Designated Person training. As we run a nursery all our staff are trained in safeguarding but in addition we needed a designated person and a deputy.

We found the service from Community Group Training fantastic. The training was informative and easy to navigate and they provide excellent telephone & email support. We would recommend them to other providers.
