Without budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial monitoring how will you know what money is needed and by when. Financial planning allows you to foresee financial implications of not generating the funds required to operate, allowing you to make better informed financial decisions.

In house/classroom version – Cost: £450 (+VAT) + travel

Course duration: 1 day (6 hours) for up to 15 learners

Place of study: Venue of your choice

Support: Your trainer will answer any questions on the day, email support for the following week.

Assessment: Targeted questions throughout the day. If formal accreditation is requested learners will submit their learner file.

Certificate: CPD certificate on the day. If formal accreditation is requested the certificates take approx. 1 – 2 weeks.
