Developing a Staff and Volunteer Policy

Assessment: Mini assessments at the end of each lesson, pass rate of 75% required. In addition learners must submit their learner file to their course tutor.

Certificate: Open College Network West Midlands certificate will be sent recorded delivery

Recognition: Formally accredited through Open College Network West Midlands – 1 credit

Payment: Pay online

In house/classroom version – Cost: £450 (+VAT) + travel

Course duration: 1 day (6 hours) for up to 15 learners

Place of study: Venue of your choice

Support: Your trainer will answer any questions on the day, email support for the following week.

Assessment: Targeted questions throughout the day. If formal accreditation is requested learners will submit their learner file.

Certificate: CPD certificate on the day. If formal accreditation is requested the certificates take approx. 1 – 2 weeks.

Recognition: You can choose between CPD certified or a formally recognised accreditation (Formal accreditation incurs an additional cost of £20 pp)
